Mr. James G. Graves, President of Colony Builders of Carolina, started his company in 1984 by offering a new and exciting concept in residential living. Mr. Graves is a past President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia (HBAGC). He was named the 1998 “Builder of the Year” by the HBAGC and was honored with the 2006 "Gordon A. Harrison Award" for his ethics, professionalism, character and integrity. Mr. Graves is a founding member of the HBAGC’s Sales and Marketing Council. He is also one of the current members of the HBAGC that is a Certified Master Builder.
