3. What type of warranty comes with my home?
            Colony Builders includes a 2/10 Homebuyers warranty with each of their homes. This warranty encompasses a one-year builder warranty, 2-year system warranty, and 10-year structural warranty. Colony Builders is one of the few builders in the Midlands to offer such an extensive warranty program.

4. How long does it take to build a Colony home?
            From the day you sign the contract to when you have your keys in hand takes approximately 4 months.

5. Can I personalize the home by choosing the flooring, paint colors, etc?

            Yes. Colony Builders offers a variety of upgrades for each floor plan.
